This is really old. Drew this back in Jan. I just went to attempt to finish it and I really like it. 
I tried a new coloring style and I love my pen tool now. 
It is Joe Brooks. o>o because you know me, obsessed you can say. No, well, yeah, but I drew it because when I was drawing, it looked like him so I added things. I cannot remember my reason.
It is him and you should look him up because he deserves more fans.
the hands, I cannot draw hands. haha. I messed up quite a few times. But all in all I still really like the picture. And the face, I don't like the shading of the face, but my mom said it looks fine. So yeah, I will take her word for it. :3
